Please keep in mind that this is the request form for SWEET HEART cakes only (6' heart with white rosettes and sprinkles). All orders MUST BE PAID IN FULL before you are added to the calendar. All orders will be available for pickup 2/13/23 from 10:00am-5:30pm. If a different date is needed you may leave the requested date in the comments.
